Maintenance of Open Space. OWNER shall provide for the ongoing maintenance of all park, common areas and open space areas within the Project as more particularly set forth in the Specific Plan, through a homeowners’ association as approved by the CITY. Covenants, conditions and restrictions establishing any homeowners’ association shall be approved by the Planning Director and City Attorney.
