Common use of Maintenance of Operating Records Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Operating Records. (a) The Concessionaire shall keep complete and accurate records and all other data reasonably required for the proper administration of this Agreement. (b) All such records and data shall be maintained for a minimum of seventy- two (72) months after the creation of such record or data and for any additional length of time required by any Laws of Montenegro or Public Authority with jurisdiction over either the Concessionaire and the Concessionaire shall not dispose of or destroy any such records or data after such seventy-two (72) month period unless previously approved by the Grantor. (c) The Grantor shall have the right, upon ten (10) Days prior written notice to the other Party, to examine the records and data kept by the Concessionaire pursuant to Section 8.3(a) at any time during normal office hours during the period such records and data are required hereunder to be maintained.
