Common use of Maintenance of Permits, Etc Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Permits, Etc. Borrower will maintain in full force and effect all Permits, franchises, patents, trademarks, trade names, copyrights, governmental approvals, authorizations or other rights necessary for the operation of its business and notify Lender in writing, promptly after learning thereof, of the suspension, cancellation, revocation or discontinuance of or of any pending or threatened action or proceeding seeking to suspend, cancel, revoke or discontinue any material Permit, franchise, patent, trademark, trade name, copyright, governmental approval, authorization or right.
