Maintenance of Program. The District and CCFF agree to meet and discuss the continued viability of the program in July and March of each year based on information related to apportionment, reimbursement, and/or the state budget. The parties, may but shall not be required to, execute an amendment or modification of this Article as a result of newly acquired information.
