Common use of Maintenance of Properties Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Properties. The Borrower will, and will cause each Subsidiary to, do all things necessary to maintain, preserve, protect and keep its Property in good repair, working order and condition, and make all necessary and proper repairs, renewals and replacements so that its business carried on in connection therewith may be properly conducted at all times.

The Borrower willshall maintain, and will cause each Restricted Subsidiary to, do all things necessary to maintain, preserve, protect and keep its Property properties used or useful in the conduct of its business in good condition, repair, and working order order, and conditionsupplied with all necessary equipment, and make all necessary and proper repairs, renewals renewals, replacements, betterments, and replacements so that its improvements thereto, all as reasonably necessary for the business carried on in connection therewith may to be properly and advantageously conducted at all times.

Maintenance of Properties. The Borrower Borrowers will, and will cause each Subsidiary to, do all things necessary to maintain, preserve, protect and keep its respective Property in good repair, working order and condition, and make all necessary and proper repairs, renewals and replacements so that its respective business carried on in connection therewith may be properly conducted at all times.
