Common use of Maintenance of Property Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Property. Each Credit Party will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, maintain and preserve its properties and equipment material to the conduct of its business in good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear and casualty and condemnation excepted, and will make, or cause to be made, in such properties and equipment from time to time all repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto as may be needed or proper, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businesses.

Maintenance of Property. Each Credit Party willshall maintain, and will shall cause each of its Subsidiaries toto maintain, maintain and preserve all its properties and equipment material to the conduct of Property which is used or useful in its business in good repair, working order and condition, normal ordinary wear and tear excepted and casualty shall make all necessary repairs thereto and condemnation exceptedrenewals and replacements thereof except where the failure to do so would not reasonably be expected to have, and will make, either individually or cause to be made, in such properties and equipment from time to time all repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto as may be needed or proper, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businessesaggregate, a Material Adverse Effect.

Each of the Credit Party will, and Parties will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, maintain and preserve its properties and equipment material to the conduct of its business in good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear and casualty and condemnation excepted, and will make, or cause to be made, in such properties and equipment from time to time all repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto as may be needed or proper, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businesses.

Each Credit Party willshall, and will shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, maintain and preserve its properties and equipment their owned, leased, or operated Property material to the conduct of its business in good condition and repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear excepted and casualty and condemnation excepted, and will make, or cause to be made, in such properties and equipment from time to time all repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto except as may be needed or proper, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businessescaused by any Casualty Events.

Each Credit Party willshall, and will shall cause each Subsidiary of its Subsidiaries a Credit Party to, maintain all of its Properties and preserve its properties and equipment material to assets necessary for the conduct of its business in good repair, working order and condition, normal repair and working order, ordinary wear and tear excepted and subject to damage and destruction due to casualty and condemnation excepted, and will make, or cause to be made, in such properties and equipment from time to time all repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto as may be needed or proper, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businessesevents.

Each Credit Party will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, maintain and preserve its properties and equipment Property used or useful in any material to the conduct portion of its business in good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear tear, obsolescence and casualty and condemnation replacement excepted, and will make, or cause to be made, in such properties and equipment from time to time all repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto to its Property as may be needed or proper, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businesses.

Maintenance of Property. Each Credit Party will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, maintain and preserve its to keep all properties and equipment material useful or necessary to the conduct of its such Credit Party’s or any Subsidiary’s business in good repair, working order repair and condition, normal wear and tear and casualty and condemnation excepted, and will make, or cause to be made, in such properties and equipment from time to time all make necessary repairs, renewalsrenewals and replacements thereto so that such properties shall be fully and efficiently preserved and maintained, replacementsexcept where the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto as may be needed individually or properin the aggregate, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businesseshave a Material Adverse Effect.

Maintenance of Property. Each Credit Party will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries (except Inactive Subsidiaries) to, maintain and preserve its properties and equipment material to the conduct of its business in reasonably good repair, working order and condition, taken as a whole, normal wear and tear and casualty and condemnation excepted, and will make, or cause to be made, in such properties and equipment from time to time all repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto as may be needed or proper, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businesses.

Maintenance of Property. Each Credit Party will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, maintain and preserve its properties and equipment material to the conduct of its business in good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear and casualty and condemnation excepted, and will make, or cause condition except where the failure to do so could not reasonably be made, in such properties and equipment from time expected to time all repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto as may be needed or proper, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businesseshave a Material Adverse Effect.

Maintenance of Property. Each Credit Party will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, maintain use commercially reasonable efforts to keep all property useful and preserve necessary to its properties respective business in good working order and equipment condition (ordinary wear and tear excepted) in accordance with their past operating practices except for such property not material to the conduct of its business in good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear and casualty and condemnation excepted, and will make, or cause to be made, in such properties and equipment from time to time all repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto as may be needed or proper, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businessesCredit Party's business.

Maintenance of Property. Each Credit Party will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries the Consolidated Parties to, maintain and preserve its properties and equipment material to the conduct of its business in good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear and casualty and condemnation Involuntary Dispositions excepted, and will make, or cause to be made, in such properties and equipment from time to time all repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto as may be needed or proper, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businesses.

Each Credit Party willshall, and will shall cause each of its the Borrower’s Subsidiaries to, maintain and preserve all its properties and equipment material to the conduct of Property which is used or useful in its business in good repair, working order and condition, normal ordinary wear and tear excepted and casualty shall make all necessary repairs thereto and condemnation excepted, renewals and will make, or cause to be made, in such properties and equipment from time to time all repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto as may be needed or proper, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businessesreplacements thereof.
