Maintenance of Records Generally. Notwithstanding anything in Section 25.1 or 25.2 to the contrary, Contractor shall ensure that its maintenance of records complies with the applicable provisions of 10 C.F.R. § 50.71.

Notwithstanding anything in Section 25.1 36.1 or 25.2 36.2 to the contrary, Contractor shall ensure to the extent required that its maintenance of records complies with the applicable provisions of 10 C.F.R. § 50.7150.71 and other applicable Laws, including, but not limited to, NRC regulations, until such time Contractor delivers such records to Owners in accordance with this Agreement.
