Maintenance of Separate Accounts. The Parties agree that the Licensee -------------------------------- will maintain, at its principal place of business, separate accounts and records of business and activities conducted with respect to the Hyperstealth Technology and such accounts and records will be in sufficient detail as to enable Royalty calculations to be properly made under this Agreement. The Licensee will retain the accounts and records for at least one year after the date upon which they were made and presented to the Licensors. The Licensee will furnish such reasonable evidence as the Licensors deem necessary to verify the accounting and will permit the Licensors' representatives to make copies of or extracts from such accounts and records.
