MAINTENANCE, OPERATION, HANDLING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORT. 4.3.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for the maintenance, operation, handling, storage and transport (including customs clearance, import/export licences and/or permits) of all hardware, software and documentation including Customer furnished property covered by this Contract until Acceptance and subsequent return of all items for disposal or storage in accordance with Astrium’s instruction referred to in Article 9.4. 4.3.2 If the Contractor fails to deliver as defined in Article 4.1.1 above, and that as a result, the storage of the DC DC Converters and of all deliverable items become necessary until the next available launch opportunity(ies) the Contractor shall be responsible and liable for such storage and de-storage.
