Common use of Maintenance QC Manager Clause in Contracts

Maintenance QC Manager. 7 Developer shall assign an on-site Maintenance QC Manager who must be responsible for 8 management of the MQMP. The Maintenance QC Manager must not be involved with 9 scheduling or production activities, and must report directly to Developer’s management team.

Maintenance QC Manager. 7 10 Developer shall assign an on-site Maintenance QC Manager who must be responsible for 8 11 management of the MQMP. The Maintenance QC Manager must not be involved with 9 12 scheduling or production activities, and must report directly to Developer’s management team.

Maintenance QC Manager. 7 5 Developer shall assign an on-site Maintenance QC Manager who must be responsible for 8 6 management of the MQMP. The Maintenance QC Manager must not be involved with 9 7 scheduling or production activities, and must report directly to Developer’s management team. 8 The Maintenance QC Manager is responsible for independently overseeing and performing QC 9 for the Maintenance WorkServices. The Maintenance QC Manager reports, develops, and 10 implements corrective actions for any deviations to the methods and procedures contained in 11 approved MQMP in the performance of the Work.
