MAINTENANCE, SUPPORT, AND SERVICE LEVELS. (a) GUARDIAN RFID Software Updates. GUARDIAN RFID will make available to the Customer all Updates. Those Updates will be provided at no additional charge to the Customer, remain the property of GUARDIAN RFID, and will be licensed to the Customer as part of the GUARDIAN RFID Software under this Agreement. Updates will be provided on an as-available basis and, subject to Section 11(h), will be installed remotely by GUARDIAN RFID at a time chosen by GUARDIAN RFID, provided that GUARDIAN RFID has communicated that time via email or telephone call to an appropriate Customer contact at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to such Update installation date. The obligation of GUARDIAN RFID to provide Updates pursuant to this Section shall not extend to Upgrades, which the Customer may purchase by executing an amendment to this Agreement pursuant to Section 19(b). (b) GUARDIAN RFID OnDemand Hosting and Maintenance. GUARDIAN RFID will maintain the servers necessary to host GUARDIAN RFID OnDemand, allow the GUARDIAN RFID Software to interact with GUARDIAN RFID OnDemand, and store data under this Agreement.

GUARDIAN RFID retains the ability to apply critical security updates as soon as possible, GUARDIAN RFID will undertake diligent and reasonable measures to initiate notice via phone or email of aforementioned critical update. The obligation of GUARDIAN RFID to provide Updates pursuant to this Section shall not extend to Upgrades, which the Customer may purchase by executing an amendment to this Agreement pursuant to Section 22(b).
MAINTENANCE, SUPPORT, AND SERVICE LEVELS. During the Term of the Agreement, CyberFish will provide certain technical support and maintenance services with respect to the Services. Such technical support and maintenance services in addition to any corresponding service levels, shall be set forth in the Agreement or in a Statement of Work.

MAINTENANCE, SUPPORT, AND SERVICE LEVELS. During the Term of this Agreement, Trust Stamp will provide certain technical support and maintenance services with respect to the Licensed Service. Any such technical support and maintenance services which are in addition to any corresponding service levels shall be set forth in Annex 01 and in any other Statements of Work entered into by the Parties under this Agreement.
