Common use of Maintenance, Testing and Repair Clause in Contracts

Maintenance, Testing and Repair. GTE will provide repair and maintenance services to EZ-TEL and its end user customers for resold services in accordance with the same standards and charges used for such services provided to GTE end user customers. GTE will not initiate a maintenance call or take action in response to a trouble report from a EZ-TEL end user until such time as trouble is reported to GTE by EZ-TEL. EZ-TEL must provide to GTE all end user information necessary for the installation, repair and servicing of any facilities used for resold services according to the procedures described in the Guide.

EZ-TEL TELECONEX must provide to GTE all end user information necessary for the installation, repair and servicing of any facilities used for resold services according to the procedures described in the Guide.

EZ-TEL - LINK must provide to GTE all end user information necessary for the installation, repair and servicing of any facilities used for resold services Services according to the procedures described in the Guide.

EZ-TEL EZPHONE must provide to GTE all end user information necessary for the installation, repair and servicing of any facilities used for resold services according to the procedures described in the Guide.
