Maintenance, Testing and Repair. GTE will provide repair and maintenance services to NEN and its end-user customers for resold services in accordance with the same standards and charges used for such services provided to GTE end-user customers. GTE will not initiate a maintenance call or take action in response to a trouble report from a NEN end-user until such time as trouble is reported to GTE by NEN. NEN must provide to GTE all end-user information necessary for the installation, repair and servicing of any facilities used for resold services according to the procedures described in the Guide.
