Common use of Maintenance Window Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Window. The availability of Xpert Suite (production environment) can be interrupted for a short period of time for the maintenance of the servers and other hardware and for installing releases. Maintenance is carried out during off-peak periods (weekends) to disrupt availability as little as possible. If the service is interrupted for a longer period due to unforeseen circumstances, all in-service partners and the functional application managers of the Client(s) of Otherside will be informed.
