Common use of Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Maintenance. 3.9.1 The Developer shall maintain and keep in good repair all portions of the development on the Lands, including but not limited to, the exterior of the building, fencing, walkways, recreational amenities, parking areas and driveways, and the maintenance of all landscaping including the replacement of damaged or dead plant stock, trimming and litter control, garbage removal and snow and ice control, salting of walkways and driveways. 3.9.2 All disturbed areas of the Lands shall be reinstated to original condition or better.

Maintenance. 3.9.1 The Developer shall maintain and keep in good repair all portions of the development on the Lands, including but not limited to, the exterior of the building, fencing, walkways, recreational amenities, parking areas and driveways, and the maintenance of all landscaping including the replacement of damaged or dead plant stock, trimming and litter control, garbage removal and snow and ice control, salting of walkways and driveways. 3.9.2 All disturbed areas . This also applies to the structural integrity of the Lands shall be reinstated to original condition or betterHeritage Building and its character defining elements.

Maintenance. 3.9.1 3.10.1 The Developer Developers shall maintain and keep in good repair all portions of the development on the Lands, including but not limited to, to the exterior of the building, fencing, walkways, recreational amenities, parking areas and driveways, and the maintenance of all landscaping including the replacement of damaged or dead plant stock, trimming and litter control, garbage removal and snow and ice control, salting of walkways and driveways. 3.9.2 3.10.2 All disturbed areas of the Lands shall be reinstated to original condition or better, in the opinion of the Development Officer.

Maintenance. 3.9.1 3.19.1 The Developer shall maintain and keep in good repair all portions of the development on the Lands, including but not limited to, the exterior of the building, fencing, walkways, recreational amenities, parking areas and driveways, and the maintenance of all landscaping including the replacement of damaged or dead plant stock, trimming and litter control, garbage removal and snow and ice control, salting of walkways and driveways. 3.9.2 All disturbed areas of the Lands shall be reinstated to original condition or better.

Maintenance. 3.9.1 The Developer shall maintain and keep in good repair all portions of the development on the Lands, including but not limited to, the exterior of the building, fencing, walkways, recreational amenities, parking areas and common shared private driveways, and the maintenance of all landscaping including the replacement of damaged or dead plant stock, trimming and litter control, garbage removal and snow and ice control, salting of walkways and driveways. 3.9.2 All disturbed areas of the Lands shall be reinstated to original condition or better.

Maintenance. 3.9.1 3.18.1 The Developer shall maintain and keep in good repair all portions of the development on the Lands, including but not limited to, the exterior of the buildingall buildings, fencing, walkways, recreational amenities, driveways and parking areas and drivewaysareas, and the maintenance of all landscaping including the replacement of damaged or dead plant stock, trimming and litter control, garbage removal and snow and ice control, salting of walkways and driveways. 3.9.2 All disturbed areas 3.18.2 The Developer shall be responsible for all aspects of maintenance of the Lands Common Shared Private Driveways, and these private driveways shall not be reinstated to original condition or bettertaken over by the Municipality.

Maintenance. 3.9.1 3.11.1 The Developer shall maintain and keep in good repair all portions of the development on the Lands, including but not limited to, the exterior of the buildingbuildings within the Common Shared Area, fencingstone walls, walkways, recreational amenitiespool, rhododendron garden, shared parking areas and driveways, and the maintenance of all landscaping including the replacement of damaged or dead plant stock, trimming and litter control, garbage removal and snow and ice control, salting of walkways and driveways. 3.9.2 All disturbed areas of the Lands shall be reinstated to original condition or better.
