Common use of Major Subcontracts Clause in Contracts

Major Subcontracts. Contractor shall select Major Subcontractors subject to Purchaser’s prior written approval, and Purchaser shall be provided with complete copies of all Major Subcontracts ([***]) promptly upon execution thereof. For purposes of this Contract, a “Major Subcontract” shall be any Subcontract that has a contract value of at least [***] US dollars ($[***]), or, in the event Contractor issues Subcontracts therefor, for those items set forth below. In the event Contractor or any Subcontractor desires to terminate any Major Subcontractor or to substitute Subcontractors on any Major Subcontract, Contractor shall first notify Purchaser in writing.
