Common use of MAJORITY CONSENT OF THE TENANTS IN COMMON Clause in Contracts

MAJORITY CONSENT OF THE TENANTS IN COMMON. Whenever the approval or consent of the Tenants in Common is required with respect to any items, other than those set forth in Section 1.2.1, the approval or consent of the Tenants in Common holding more than 50% of the percentage interest in the Project shall be required to approve such action.
