Make Payments. Make Payments" are payments that you enter each time you want to make a payment. You schedule the date that you want the Bank to send the payment(s) ("Payment Date"). The Payment Date is the date that the Bank processes your payment, but it is not necessarily the date that your payment is processed by the payee.
