Common use of Make-Ready Construction Clause in Contracts

Make-Ready Construction. Make-Ready Work performed by Attaching Party, or by an Authorized Contractor selected by Attaching Party, shall be performed in accordance with AT&T’s specifications and in accordance with the same standards and practices followed by AT&T or AT&T’s contractors. Any proposed deviations from the make-ready design provided by AT&T must be approved and authorized in writing by AT&T prior to implementation. Neither Attaching Party nor Authorized Contractors selected by Attaching Party shall conduct such work in any manner which degrades the integrity of AT&T’s Structures or interferes with any existing use of AT&T’s facilities or the facilities of any Other User. 18.6.3.1. In the event that Make-Ready Work is completed by Attaching Party or its Authorized Contractor, Attaching Party shall notify AT&T upon completion.
