Common use of Making announcements Clause in Contracts

Making announcements. A party to this deed must not make, or authorise or cause to be made, any public announcement relating to the negotiations between the parties or the subject matter of this deed unless: (a) it has the prior written consent of each other party to this deed; or (b) it is required to do so by law or by the rules of any financial market (as defined in the Corporations Act) to which a party, or a Related Entity of a party, is subject.
