Making Deposits. At all times during a Cash Dominion Period, hold in trust for the Agent and promptly (but, in any event, on the Business Day immediately following its receipt thereof) deposit into a Collection Account all tangible Payment Items (which may be made via a remote deposit capture system established and maintained with Agent) and cash such Credit Party receives on account of the payment of any of such Credit Party’s Accounts or as Proceeds of any Inventory or, subject to each Acceptable Intercreditor Agreement, other Collateral; and
