Common use of Making good Clause in Contracts

Making good. To the extent the Tenant does not comply with the obligations specified in clause 20.1 GIVING BACK POSSESSION the Tenant must make good any lack of repair, decoration or condition or cleanliness or pay reasonable compensation to the Landlord [and must replace or pay for any of the Contents that have been broken, damaged or lost, as provided for by clause 8.2.4 BREAKAGES ETC].
