Common use of Making of Covenants and Agreements Clause in Contracts

Making of Covenants and Agreements. The Company and the Stockholders jointly and severally hereby make the covenants and agreements in this Section 4 and the Stockholders agree to cause the Company to comply with those agreements and covenants. No Stockholder shall have any right of indemnity or contribution from the Company with respect to the breach of any covenant or agreement under this Agreement.
