Common use of Making of Distributions Clause in Contracts

Making of Distributions. All distributions made to the Limited Partners of either an income or a capital nature in relation to any Investment Interest shall be made initially against Investors' loan accounts until the Loans in relation to such Investment (or the proportion of a Loan in relation to any Investment which has been written down) have been repaid and then shall be made against Limited Partners' current accounts.
