Common use of Making Payment Clause in Contracts

Making Payment. 9.1. Payment for the Tour is in, and must be paid as follows from receipt of the proforma invoice we send you in the email, under clause 4.1, in response to your booking confirmation: (a) 6 (six) months or more prior to departure date, 25% (twenty-five percent) per person deposit for both the main Tour and per extension; (b) 3 (three) to 6 (six) months prior to departure date, 50% (fifty percent) per person deposit for both the main Tour and per extension; (c) 1 (one) to 3 (three) months prior to departure date, 75% (seventy-five percent) per person deposit for both the main Tour and per extension; (d) Less than 1 (one) month before the start of the Tour, full payment is required. 9.2. Payment for Hospitality Service bookings is in advance, and must be paid as follows from receipt of the proforma invoice we send you in the email, under clause 4.1, in response to your booking confirmation: (a) Within 7 (seven) days of the Booking being made, a 25% (twenty-five percent) deposit of the total amount will be due. (b) 1 (one) to 3 (three) months prior to your Booking date, a 50% (fifty percent) deposit of the total amount will be due. (c) 15 (fifteen) days to 1 (one) months prior of your Booking date, 75% (seventy-five percent) deposit of the total amount will be due. (d) Within 14 (fourteen) days of your Booking date, the full 100% (one hundred percent) balance of payment of the total amount will be due. 9.3. We receive payments through 4 methods: (a) Book Tour' buttons – for direct wire or SWIFT transfers, or for payment by credit or debit card, with a small surcharge to cover the transaction fees that differs per country, payment can be made directly from our website using the WeTravel payment platform.
