Common use of Manage Risk Clause in Contracts

In the event where the purpose is other than the above, or at any stage during the course of this Agreement the purpose changes, the Client undertakes the strict obligation to notify the Company. In addition to all other rights and remedies available to it, the Company has the right to render any position voidable or to close out any or all positions at the current Quotes at any time, at its absolute discretion, if the Client breaches Clause above herein. The Company may, in its reasonable opinion, determine that a Force Majeure Event exists, in which case the Company will, in due course, take reasonable steps to inform the Client. A Force Majeure Event includes without limitation:
