Common use of Managed Assets Clause in Contracts

Managed Assets. The aggregate assets under management by each of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Entities, the assets of entities for which any of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Entities serves as general partner or managing member and the aggregate amount of assets of entities from which any of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Entities earns any fees as of September 30, 2001 (or as of the most recent practicable date with respect to the aggregate amount of assets under management) are accurately set forth in Schedule 4.8 hereto. In addition, Schedule 4.8 lists, as of September 30, 2001 (or as of the most recent practicable date with respect to the aggregate amount of assets under management), all investment management, advisory or sub-advisory contracts, if any, setting forth the name of the client under contract, the aggregate amount of assets under management with respect to that contract and the fee schedule with respect to that contract.
