Common use of Management Agent Clause in Contracts

Borrower shall cause the Development to be managed by an experienced management agent reasonably acceptable to the County, with a demonstrated ability to operate residential facilities like the Development in a manner that will provide decent, safe, and sanitary housing (the "Management Agent").
