Common use of Management, Coordination, and Direction Clause in Contracts

Management, Coordination, and Direction. The Consultant shall provide management, coordination, and direction to the project team in order to complete the project on time and within budget. The City fosters a partnership approach with all stakeholders in the Project. The Consultant shall integrate this strategy into the overall management approach. • The Consultant shall establish a quality management program and designate responsibility for review of technical work and other deliverable products. • Prepare and maintain the project design schedule. The schedule shall identify Consultant tasks and items provided by the City and other consultants. The schedule shall be updated as circumstances require or as requested by the City. • The Consultant shall prepare and submit an activities list and schedule to the City following the Notice to Proceed. The schedule shall show appropriate milestones for the Project, including intermediate and final submittal dates for design documents and key decision points. • The Consultant shall coordinate Consultant tasks and activities with the City.
