Deliver, or cause to be delivered, to Agent within forty-five (45) days following the end of each Fiscal Quarter of DDH, written discussion and analysis of the prior Fiscal Quarter prepared by the management of DDH in connection with financial statements delivered pursuant to Section 9.8.
