Operation and maintenance management: conditions of host machine, maintenance organization, and position set up, security mechanism, malfunction and alteration mechanism of system database, daily maintenance mechanism should meet the relevant requirements. 2. connection method: Specific line, and Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection method; 3. Key performance requirements: successful connection rate between Uni-info gateway and SP, revert time of WAP services, successful WAP site-visits rate, equipments capable of operating 7 X 24 hours, and etc. should meet the relevant requirements.
