Management of Operations. (a) Freschette or its subsidiary shall continue to act as agent for Cunning Hams and its affiliates pursuant to the KZ Hosting Agreement pursuant to the MOU. (b) Concurrently with this Agreement, a subsidiary of Squire and an affiliate of the Group shall enter into an agreement to manage the blockchain cloud computing operations of the Group, the form of which is set out as Schedule A.
