Common use of Management of Relationship Clause in Contracts

Management of Relationship. 7.1. The Company shall appoint a Project Manager and the Company shall procure that the Project Manager shall:- 7.1.1. be responsible for the management of all Services under these Conditions; and 7.1.2. organise and attend regular meetings with the Client’s Project Manager as required by the Client from time to time. 7.2. The Client shall appoint a Project Manager and the Client shall procure that he/she shall:- 7.2.1. liaise regularly with the Company’s Project Manager; and 7.2.2. attend regular meetings with the Company’s Project Manager. 7.3. The Company shall procure that its staff shall, at all times while on the Client’s premises, comply with the Client’s regulations regarding health, safety, disciplinary and security matters as reasonably notified to them from time to time.

Management of Relationship. 7.18.1. The Company shall appoint a Project Manager Manager, and the Company shall procure that the Project Manager shall:- 7.1.18.1.1. be responsible for the management of all Services under these Conditions; and 7.1.28.1.2. organise and attend regular meetings with the Client’s Project Manager as required by the Client from time to time. 7.28.2. The Client shall appoint a Project Manager and the Client shall procure that he/she shall:- 7.2.18.2.1. liaise regularly with the Company’s Project Manager; and 7.2.28.2.2. attend regular meetings with the Company’s Project Manager. 7.38.3. The Company shall procure that its staff shall, at all times while on the Client’s premises, comply with the Client’s regulations regarding health, safety, disciplinary and security matters as reasonably notified to them from time to time.
