Management Reporting. (i) Monthly total claims log, including member, physician and pharmacy, demographics and actual cost paid for drugs and dispensing fees. (ii) Monthly claims report in format required by the State at New York MEDS system. (iii) Monthly utilization standard and management reports. Ad hoc reports as needed by CarePlus.
