Common use of Management Right Clause in Contracts

Management Right. A. The employer has the final responsibility for the direction and control of all aspects of the affairs of the school district and except as otherwise expressly provided in this agreement, the employer hereby retains and reserves unto itself all powers, rights, authority, duties and responsibilities conferred upon it by the laws and Constitution of the State of Michigan or of the United States of America and all rights and powers to manage, utilize and direct the activities of its employees.
