Management Structure. The management structure of the Charter School shall be as described in Schedule 5. 13.4 Unless approved by the Board of Directors of the Joint Venture company, the General Manager and all the other management personnel shall not work as the managers in other companies or corporations, nor shall they be allowed to work as directors, consultant or be involved in any economic interests in other companies and corporations which are in commercial competition with the Joint Venture.
13.5 The basic organization structure, including the positions for management personnel who are not stipulated in the Contract shall be set up by the Joint Venture. The details of the organizational structure and the establishment of other positions except those of management personnel shall be determined by the Board of Directors.
