Common use of Management Time Clause in Contracts

Management Time. Any amount payable to the French Administrative Agent by way of fees or indemnity under this Credit Agreement shall include the cost of utilising the French Administrative Agent’s management time or other resources (which will be calculated on the basis of such reasonable daily or hourly rates as the French Administrative Agent may notify to the Parent).
