Common use of Management Time Clause in Contracts

Management Time. If an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, any amount payable to the Agent under Clause 16.3 (Indemnity to the Administrative Finance Parties), Clause 18 (Costs and Expenses) and Clause 29.11 (Lenders’ Indemnity to the Administrative Finance Parties) shall include any additional remuneration that may be agreed between the Agent and the Obligor’s Agent (for and on behalf of the Obligors), and is in addition to any fee paid or payable to the Agent under Clause 13 (Fees).
