Manager Report. As soon as available and in any event within ten (10) days after the filing thereof, Manager shall submit to Owner Agent and the Administrative Agent copies of all reports filed by Manger or any Affiliate with the Securities and Exchange Commission and any communications or information provided by Manager to its shareholders or by Kinergy Marketing LLC to its working capital lenders (except daily borrowing base reports). Each report shall be certified as complete and correct by an Authorized Officer of Manager.
