Manager Responsibilities. a. Daily communication with Golf Professionals from the Golf Courses and the development of a master calendar for the outings and banquets. A list of all outings and banquets with the contact name and telephone number will be given to the City at the end of the season along with a summary of the evaluations and comment cards and proposals to address concerns. b. Meet with leagues, at a minimum, on a monthly basis throughout the season. c. Be available to set up outings with customers throughout the year. d. Security of the building. e. Check-in all deliveries. f. Prompt billing.
