Manager’s Cooperation with Sale of the Properties. Manager agrees to facilitate, in any and all manner, and cooperate with Owner’s listing agent for the sale of the Properties. Such cooperation and assistance shall be considered a normal function of the property management duties agreed to under the terms of this Agreement.
