Manager’s General Powers and Certain Specific Powers Clause Samples

The "Manager’s General Powers and Certain Specific Powers" clause defines the authority granted to the manager to oversee and make decisions on behalf of the entity. By clearly delineating the scope of the manager’s authority, this clause ensures operational efficiency and reduces ambiguity regarding decision-making responsibilities within the organization.
