Mandated Lead Arrangers. (A) No Mandated Lead Arranger has any obligations of any kind to the Borrower or any other Finance Party under or in connection with this Agreement or the other Loan Documents. (B) Nothing in any Loan Document constitutes a Mandated Lead Arranger as a trustee or fiduciary of any other person. (C) No Mandated Lead Arranger shall be bound to account to any Lender for any sum or the profit element of any sum received by it for its own account.
