Mandatory Individual Arbitration and Class or Collective Action Waiver as a Condition of Employment Sample Clauses

This clause requires that any disputes arising from employment must be resolved through individual arbitration rather than through court litigation or group actions. In practice, this means employees agree to settle disagreements privately with an arbitrator and waive their right to participate in class or collective lawsuits against the employer. The core function of this clause is to streamline dispute resolution, reduce litigation costs, and prevent large-scale legal actions by employees.
