Common use of Mandatory information Clause in Contracts

Mandatory information. 11.1 Licensee hereby undertakes, on the pages of the Internet website on which the Musical Works are made available to Users, to include the following: on the one hand, an information clearly visible to the public in a form similar as set out hereafter: “Tjenesten er lisensiert av TONO/NCB. Uautorisert fremføring ▇▇▇▇▇ kopiering er ulovlig.” on the other hand, where practicable, the corresponding logo and URL address of Licensor as reproduced hereafter: ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇. Furthermore, any and all communication of the Musical Works concerned by the present Agreement should where possible include a reference to the names and first names of the authors, composers, arrangers and, if applicable, the music publishers and the title of the work concerned. Licensee shall make its best efforts according to the information in its possession, being reminded that Authors’ moral right are expressly reserved.
