Common use of Mandatory Membership Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Membership. All Nurses shall become and remain members of the appropriate Constituent Union in accordance with that Union’s bylaws and constitution. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Nurse’s loss of membership in the appropriate Constituent Union shall not result in the termination of the Nurse’s employment with the Employer.
