Common use of Mandatory Reports Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Reports. At the beginning of each month, Contractor is required to collect and submit a Monthly Mandatory Report(s) for all the four locations that shall include the following items: (i) Inventory; (ii) Soiled count pickup; (iii) Usage analysis by wearer, department; (iv) New Orders; (v) Repairs; and (vi) Cleaning and Replacement History.
