Common use of Mandatory Use Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Use. Whenever items of clothing or other safety equipment are supplied to Officers, as per the Company’s policy, or where the Company has identified tasks where the wearing of safety clothing or the use of related safety equipment is mandatory and the Officers are in receipt of an allowance or have been provided with such items, then the Officers must wear or use these items whenever they are on duty in accordance with their departmental and Company policy.
