Common use of Manner and Place of Closing Clause in Contracts

Manner and Place of Closing. The purchase and sale of the Property shall be accomplished through an escrow ("Escrow") established at the law firm of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, or other entity mutually agreed upon by the Parties ("Escrow Holder"). Upon the request of the Escrow Holder, the Parties shall execute any supplemental escrow instructions required by Escrow Holder for the purpose of implementing and carrying out the terms set forth herein. Escrow Holder shall obtain a title commitment for the Property and perform duties pursuant to Washington Supreme Court Rule, APR 12. Tenant expressly recognizes that the Escrow Holder provides legal services to City. In its capacity as Escrow Holder, pursuant to this agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is acting as counsel for City and not Tenant. Tenant consents to Escrow Holder's duties herein, and to its continued representation of City.
