Common use of Manner of Collection Clause in Contracts

Manner of Collection. The Contractor must provide Collection Service with as little disturbance as possible and must leave any Garbage, Recycling or Organic Waste Cart in an upright position at the same point it was Collected without obstructing alleys, roadways, driveways, sidewalks or mail boxes.
